Visit with Grandparents

They arrived on Monday afternoon before I got home from work. DH had cooked a big pot of chilli and it was so good. After eatting and cleaning up the kitchen, we all sat down to open up our Christmas gifts. DD got to open her birthday present first, which was a bag of books. She really liked them a lot there was cd ones and pop ups too. Then we opened our presents and the gift that DH and I got together was the best. It was a Black & Decker sealer. We had needed one of these. We buy our meat in bulk so this is really nice to separate our meat and seal it so that each time it will be fresh. DH also got 2 shirts, I got a wrap and scarf, and DD got a bear blanket, fairy doll and Toysrus gift card. On Tuesday, which was DD's actual birthday, we took our time getting up and dressed. We went to Wal-Mart and looked around some and got the bowls that go with the Black & Decker sealer. It is so neat and I know we will get lots of use out of it. Tuesday night my parents came over and they exchanged presents with my inlaws. On Wednesday after my inlaws left, DH, DD and I went to Toysrus to look and see what she might could get with her gift card, but everything was picked over and not a lot of things there. We decided to just wait on getting anything for now.
