A Day of Shopping...

I figured being off on Friday DD and I should go shopping and we did. We left the house around 10 am and headed towards the new shopping center that is about 45 minutes from the house. We were going to get she and I scarfs and me gloves for the office Christmas party on Saturday. Our first stop was Wal-Mart to pick up a couple of things we needed. Why is it that my DD goes through this phase of going to the restroom and once you get her to one she doesn't think she has to go?...We stopped at a Taco Bell and once we got out and got in the restroom she said Mama I don't think I need to go potty...so off we go and then almost to the shopping center she says again she has to go. We stop this time at a gas station and get inside and once again...Mama I don't think I need to go potty....welllll I hate not to take her when she says she has to go but by this time I am starting to think....why did I want to do this today??!!!??? We then get back in the jeep and once we get to Hobby Lobby she thinks she has to go again....lucky for us we have already been there enough times we knew where the restroom was...once again she did not go. We then go to Old Navy (the place we were actually headed to in the first place) we get what we came for and then head down to Michael's to look around (at scrapbook stuff ofcourse). After going to a couple more shops and her finally going to the restroom....we then go to Wendy's and eat lunch. After that we head back home and it is time to go pick up one of my nieces from school so we get her and then go see my other niece that works at a gift shop that is joining to a nail/hair salon. I polished my nails with one of the new cool shades of OPI and then we are off again. We take my niece home which is right next door to our house and come home to find DH is awake from his nap from working 3 am to 11 am. We had a really fun day and I am so glad that DD likes to go shopping...we only have one more present to get for Christmas.
