Who I am most like...

I can see both my parents in me. I can find myself saying or doing things that my Mom would do and say. After DH, she is my best friend. Any time something happens or I need to know something she is who I call. My Dad and I are very close also. When I was in high school he and I were closer than my Mom and me. Both of them have always put my brother and my needs before them and their needs. I didn't understand that until I had my DD and found myself wanting for her instead of myself. I am very proud of my parents and the fact that they brought us up in a Christian home. I hope to be as good a parent as both of them are to me. I am so glad I am a mixture of them both.
