1 week down...

I am counting down the minutes till it is time to go pick Morgan up from school. I am so glad that she loves it. I know when I was her age I cried and screamed and threw up and you name it I did it to try and get out of going. Not Morgan on the second day I pulled up to let her out and asked if she wanted me to get out with her and she said No Ma'am I can do it by myself. I almost started crying again and then I thought about how I did my Mom and had to smile because I am glad she is the way she is and not like I was. She has brought her papers home each day and it looks like she is doing really good. Yesterday they had art class and they made hand puppet that was a panda bear out of paper plates. It was really cute. She asked me last night though that since I was going to be off today when was she going to get a day off. I laughed and told her that after today she would have the weekend off and not have to go back until Monday.
Alan and Gail are getting a foreign exchange student on Saturday and she will start school with Mallory on Monday. She is from Tokyo and they are really excited that she is coming to stay with them. Her favorite color is pink so I told Alan she must be pretty cool then :)
I need to go work on my Bible study since I have Bible study in the morning I need to have my work finished. It isn't long till I go pick Morgan up from school. I hope everyone is having a great day and enjoy your weekend.....ttfn
