long week

or is it just me. I am so ready for a day off. Work is so hectic with the new system and trying to learn all new stuff. It is going to be so strange because we aren't going to have charts and I have worked with charts for 21 years....they said today that old dogs could learn new tricks.
Then Jon only had one day off this week because one of the girls is going to have surgery so they are shorthanded. He will be working this weekend also, at least it isn't nights anymore. I can handle the days without him it is just hard for me when he isn't home at night, esp after I put Morgan to bed.
Monday afternoon Gina came over and I was going to show her the kittens. She looked in the box and said I thought you had 4. I said we do. She said well you are missing one. Sally was in the process of moving them to get this...Jon and my bedroom. I thought chick you are brave...I am surprised the man let you in the laundry room then you are gonna go move to his room. We moved them back and then shut the laundry room door so she could go to bed. When we got up on Tuesday morning she had moved them again. This time under the stool...yes I have to have a stool to stand on to put the detergent into the washing machine. She has them all under there even her. The box was much more roomier but hey what do I know. When I got home this afternoon 3 of them were sticking their heads out looking...face only a mom could love huh...lol they are cute...speaking of kittens...Rhonda you know you could come to Meagan's wedding that just happens to be the same day that they will be 6 weeks old and you can have one to take home.
It is so hard to believe that one month from now they will be getting married. Seems like just yesterday she was Morgan's age.
I am going to go get in my recliner....Jon is cooking hamburgers and FF for supper...I smell them...will watch Survivor and eat....hope everyone has a great night...ttfn
