got blessed?

I did yesterday as a matter of fact. First I wasn't gonna blog this but I saw Sher got excited I blogged so I didn't wanna disappoint her when she looks again and I read her blog about her blessing and thought I should share the one I got yesterday. Jon was off yesterday so he and Morgan came up to the office because he wanted to see the doc about his foot hurting. They left there and was going to go to Wal-Mart to get his pres filled. The closest Wal-Mart is about 30 minutes away. They hadn't been gone long when I answered the phone and it was Jon. He said I am on the side of the road...my first thought oh no what is wrong with his truck. It wasn't his truck. This guy coming towards them on the highway fell asleep while driving and Jon pulled off the road to avoid getting hit. He turned to the right some to avoid the guy hitting them on Morgan's side but the guy missed them and went across the road hitting the ditch. The guy came and knocked on the window and said he was sorry he fell asleep. Jon took me there when I got home last night to show me the spot. I couldn't help but think that God just reached down and pushed that car away from them. I am so grateful, and blessed by God that my family made it without being hit at all. We have such an AWESOME GOD!!! Every morning I pray traveling mercies over everyone and God did just that yesterday.
Jon is at the church tonight working one of the cameras for DTV (our church television station). You know I am so blessed to have a husband that loves the Lord and loves his family.
Well I am now being asked 101 questions by this little chick standing beside me....guess I better go find she and I something to eat for supper...hope you are having a great week....ttfn

Isn't it amazing to see a work of God? I think it happens all the time, but unless we open our eyes to it, it goes unpubished. It reminds me of the hymn "Open my Eyes Lord, I want to see Jesus". He is everywhere.

So happy that your family is safe.

Love ya!
