It's HOT!!!!!

there are all kinds of warnings here for the heat...the heat index is around 108. It is hard to breathe when you go outside. I have finally decided that I am going to stop saying I am going to blog more because it never happens.
There hasn't been much going on here..we had a yard sale Saturday at Daddy's store and it did really good esp since it was inside and had air conditioning.
I asked my Mom this morning when I was talking to her since this is the first week that Daddy hasn't went up to the store, how he is doing with it. She said she asked him last night how it felt to be retired and he told her that every day so far had seemed like Saturday...bless his heart I know he is enjoying getting outside and helping my uncle get hay in. My Daddy got him 8 cows to take care of so that is keeping him busy. I am so glad he doesn't have to stay up at the store anymore...his legs were swelling from standing on that concrete all day...after Saturday up there I can understand why.
The kittens will be 6 weeks old tomorrow. They are starting to play more and are so sweet. I need to take some more pics of them and post them.
We are getting new software at work so Dawn, Brian and me are having to go for training. We leave Monday and come back Tuesday afternoon. Not sure when they are converting it I think the next week after we come back....should be interesting.
Oh well I need to get back to work...hope everyone is having a great week...we still haven't heard anything about the job other than he passed the back ground check.....ttfn
