nice weekend

We decided to go up on Thursday night and spend some time with Jon's parents. We got there around 9:30 and stayed up talking till 11:30 or so. Friday morning we got up and went to Hardee's to eat...haven't had that in a long time. We went over to Jon's sisters house. Jon had burnt some of my digi kits onto a CD to take to her. She came with us and we all went over to where Jon's parents are building a house. They have enough finished of it that they can stay there now and work on it. It is really starting to look good. They have the new front end load washer and dryer and I just loved it. I told them I was going to bring them home with me. We went back to their house and grilled out. We went to bed earlier because we had to leave there at 5 am to get back to Birmingham for the MS walk. We got to the walk right at 7 am. We walked through the Zoo and the kids liked seeing all the animals. After the walk, we went with Gina and Mitch to their hotel and changed clothes. We all tried to decide where we wanted to go to lunch. Finally we came up with Japanese. We went and ate at Stix. I had never had Japenese but Gina is as picky eatter as I am so she assured me there would be something there I would eat. It was fun and the kids really liked the guy cooking in front of us. We were so tried afterwards that we left there and headed for home. We got home and I washed some clothes. We all crashed early. Morgan went to sleep before 8 pm and slept until 8 am. She had fun playing with Traa, Clay and Noah. We all took naps this afternoon after church. We are now getting ready to go back to church....it is pouring down rain here...made for good sleeping weather!!!...ttfn
