another not so bad Monday

the only not so good part was that Jon and Morgan came to the doctor. Jon has Bronchitis..which we figured...and Morgan well she has Bronchitis plus ear infection. Her left ear is infected. Once Jon got her antibotic in her the temp started coming down. She was so pitiful looking this morning. She was weak, pale and such a sick baby. She isn't back to normal yet but she is now on the mend at least.
When I went to weigh her this morning at the office, I decided to go ahead and weigh me too. I was so excited.....I had lost 5 pounds since last Monday...that is a total of 18 pounds!!!!! It isn't as tough as I thought it was going to be. I go walking everyday at least 1 and 1/2 miles. I eat Special K everymorning for breakfast and sandwich on white wheat bread for lunch. If I eat something bad...like oh say a Cadbury egg then after I do I feel so bad and think how it so wasn't worth feeling the way I do after I eat it.
There was a girl out at work so I had to fill in for her. She works the front desk. I have so much work on my desk to do now because I filled in last week for some to be off. I really enjoy my job now that the stress of office manager is gone. I thought to start with that it was going to be difficult and I would miss it, but it is so nice. I have several jobs that I do and I really don't have a title....I help in insurance or billing and right now I am still training the office manager.
Jon still hasn't heard anything about a job yet. He had another interview but no call backs yet. I guess it is a good thing though because he has helped a lot with Morgan being sick. This Saturday is the MS walk in Birmingham and we are trying to decide if we are going up or not. We have talked about it and I am off Friday so we could go on up Thursday night and visit his parents before going to the walk on Saturday. There is an insurance meeting on Friday that I could go to if we don't go to Birmingham so that is another thing we are talking about. I kind of wanted to catch up on sleep since we didn't get in this weekend with Morgan being sick.....I forgot to mention that at 1:30 this morning she work up with a 103 fever and we both got up....rubbed her with alcohol, put ice packs on her and after 30 minutes finally got it down.....that was so scary and I hope never happens again...so needless to say I am sleep deprived......hope every one has a good night.....ttfn
