well I knew it was gonna happen one of these Mondays....I gained a pound...just one and I know where it came from....one was bad timing and the other is that on Saturday while we were helping our friends move...they fed everyone and it wasn't food that was ummmmm good for ya...like for lunch we had pizza and then that night we had Burger King...so that didn't help plus the fact that except for the moving and taking going up and down her new stairs I didn't walk my mile this weekend. I am not gonna let this get to me though I am going to just work harder this week to get that one back off and more.
Today was busy and we had two out today which on Monday that isn't a good thing....you would think that it would slack up some with the weather starting to get warmer but not yet.
Well I am going to watch the news and see what's going on with our crazy weather and then I gotta get to bed...I am so tired and sleepy. Hope everyone has a great Tuesday.....ttfn
