a stay home weekend

This weekend is having to be a stay at home weekend because Morgan woke up on Thursday with what I had all week, except hers got worse Thursday night. It was just runny nose and then Friday morning she woke up coughing. I got in the bed with her and tried to get her back to sleep. That didn't work so we moved to my recliner. It was my off day and Jon had the day off since it was a holiday. I ended up calling the office and taking her up there. He said that she has a bad case of Bronchitis. We are borrowing a nebulizer from a friend and she is having to take breathing treatments this weekend. Last night wasn't so bad...she work up around 3:45 and didn't have fever but was coughing. Jon woke up too and we decided to give her a breathing treatment before putting her back to bed. She went back to sleep and ended up coming to our bed at 6 am but we all went back to sleep and she slept until 8:30. Today seems lots better than yesterday...atleast today she isn't wanting to be held all the time and not doing things. She has started drinking and eating today too.
Jon won the chili cook off at the church family fun day couple weekends ago and he got a gift certificate to a catfish restaurant. He has gone now to get us something to eat there for lunch. Tonight Alabama plays LSU and we plan on watching that there is only one more game after that and it is the rival one against Auburn. Nothing much is going on except tomorrow night Jon is excited about the Iron Chef match it is Rachel Ray and the Italian lady I can't ever remember her name.
It would of been nice today to of went to see the Blue Angels. They were close by and we could of done that if Morgan had felt better. Oh and Rhonda that is neat that ya'll are giving your Daddy a surprise birthday party. Gina and her brothers and sisters gave her Mom one last month. They had it at the church fellowship hall. They showed videos past and present and all the kids got up and said something about her. They even asked me to go up and say something. I wasn't expecting that or I would of planned better what I would of said. They video taped the whole party. It was nice and everyone enjoyed getting together.
It is suppose to get cooler again today....they have been saying that for a while now though and we had to turn back on the a/c because it was in the 80s here yesterday. Well I hear the dryer calling my name so guess I better go...until next time...ttfn
